The first two pages of this template provide information about the document content, such as Revision History, Purpose, Scope, Safety Precautions, Roles and Responsibilities, etc. Please review these additions carefully.

-->The Training Outline attendance sign-in form (formerly Page 1 of the Training Outline) is now located at the end of the document, as Appendix A. Beginning in enCORE version 13.2, session information and trainee names are completed under Training in service mode, and populate this form as before.

The Training Outline is now 29 pages in length, due to additional document information, and changes to the organization, structure, and font. Details pertaining to software enhancements have also been updated.

SUMMARY OF TRAINING OUTLINE CHANGES:
